Eligibility Criteria for Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions in Army Public Schools

Education Qualification:

• TGT – Graduated in relevant subject with B.Ed with a minimum of 50% marks in each, AWES (CSB) score card and authorized CTET/TET.
• PRT – Graduate with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed) / B.Ed with a minimum of 50% marks in each, an AWES (CSB) score card and CTET / TET authorization (level primary)
• Librarian – B.Lib. Science or graduate degree in library science from a recognized institute and knowledge of computer science with at least three years of experience.
• Music Teacher – Graduated in/with music from a recognized university or Higher Sec/Sr Sec with Sangeet Visharad/ Sangeet Prabhakar/ Sangeet Ratna/Sangeet Bhaskar
• Physical Education and Health – Degree in physical education or BPEd or DPEd.
• Arts and Crafts Teacher – Graduate in Drawing and Painting/Art/Fine Art with at least a two-year full-time degree from a recognized institute
• Computer Lab Technician – Minimum 10+2, 01 year degree in Computer Science. Knowledge of hardware devices and networks.
• LDC – Graduate or ten years of service as a clerk (for Ex-military). Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office computer (speed 12,000 key presses per hour) and basic accounting knowledge.
